Student Parking
A student parking pass is required to park on the Upper St. Clair High School campus during the school day. Due to a limited number of student spaces, on-campus parking is reserved exclusively for senior students.
In early August, seniors and their families are emailed information from the Assistant Principals' Office that articulates the student parking registration process.
With 266 spaces available for student parking, prioritizing seniors has been, and continues to be, the most equitable solution to effectively manage parking resources while maintaining safety and security on the high school campus. To illustrate the supply/demand issue in regard to student parking passes, the following represents student enrollment by grade:
- Seniors/Class of 2026: 298 students
- Juniors/Class of 2027: 322 students
- Sophomores/Class of 2028: 310 students
- Freshmen/Class of 2029: 341 students
The USCHS Administration reserves the right to deny/revoke driving privileges for any student failing to abide by school district policies and Code of Conduct.

USC School Police oversee and manage the campus parking lots and are responsible for monitoring parking compliance, assisting with traffic flow, and addressing any safety concerns. Parking citations will be issued to unauthorized vehicles parked on campus. These citations will be payable and appealable through the District Magistrate Court.
