Unofficial transcripts are in your Focus Portal! From your Student Portal > My Information (Or Child Info if in Parent Portal) > Document Management > Report Cards and Unofficial Transcripts.
Need a Letter of Recommendation?
Seniors can request letters of recommendation from teachers for college applications through Naviance. To request a letter from your school counselor, email them and stop in to see them personally.
If you require a letter of recommendation for applications such as summer programs or scholarships, be prepared; personally ask your counselor or teacher at least ten (10) days in advance. It is not guaranteed that the letter will be completed on time if you do not give at least ten (10) days notice.

NACAC - Pittsburgh National College Fair, January 27, 2026, for JUNIORS only, David L. Lawrence Convention Center, 9:00 - 12:00pm
The NACAC College Fair is a helpful program for those JUNIORS planning for higher education. The fair will be held at the David L. Lawrence Convention Center and is sponsored by the National Association of College Admission Counselors and is the largest national college fair in the country.
Juniors will be excused from school in order to attend the fair with a signed permission form. Attendance is voluntary; arrangements for transportation are the responsibility of the student and parent/guardian.
Electronic Transcript Release Form
This form allows school counselors to send your transcript electronically. Any student applying to colleges/universities must complete this form.
SAT Prep Course for the March 14th SAT Exam begins February 16
In preparation for the March 14, 2026 SAT exam given at USCHS, the Counseling Department is offering a four-week prep course.
SAT Math and/or Evidence-Based Reading & Writing Prep Course (NON-CREDIT)
$185 for one area only
$265 for both Math and Reading/Writing
Fee includes a course textbook; Princeton Review Digital SAT Premium Prep, 2026
Registration begins January 16; the deadline is February 6, 2026. Space is limited, there will be no late registrations. Click here to register. A textbook is required for the class. Students must bring their textbook and fully charged Chromebook to each class.
