Two Upper St. Clair student musicians have been selected to participate in the 2025 Pennsylvania Music Educators Association (PMEA) District 1 Junior High Orchestra Festival. Eighth grader, Matthew Pfeiffer, viola, and ninth grader Bella Robinson, violin, will attend the event on Friday, April 25 and Saturday, April 26, 2025, at Gateway High School.
Upper St Clair will host its annual Community Day from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. on Saturday, May 17, 2025. This year’s theme is Saddle-Up St. Clair!
Four Upper St. Clair teams earned top marks at the Pennsylvania Odyssey of the Mind 2025 State Finals on Saturday, April 5, 2025, at Pocono Mountain School District. These four teams will travel to Michigan State University to compete at the Odyssey of the Mind World Finals from May 21-24, 2025.

Two Upper St. Clair High School students have advanced in the U.S. National Chemistry Olympiad (USNCO). Senior Tommy Slowey and junior Jeffery Zhang completed the local qualifying exam on Saturday, March 15, 2025.
Upper St. Clair High School Student Council has been recognized as a 2025 National Council of Excellence by the National Association of Student Councils (NASC). The designation recognizes Student Council’s exemplary record of leadership, service and activities that improve the school and community. This marks the fifth year that USCHS Student Council has earned this national recognition.
A group of 124 Upper St. Clair High School performing arts students—representing the school’s choir, orchestra, band and theater programs— traveled to Toronto, Ontario, from April 3–5, showcasing their talents and exploring the cultural landmarks of one of Canada’s most vibrant cities.

Upper St. Clair High School students finished in the top five of five different events at the Southwestern Pennsylvania Science Olympiad Regional Tournament. The event was held on Saturday, March 29, 2025, at PennWest California.
