Upper St. Clair High School junior Yuwen Xiang has qualified for the prestigious United States of America Mathematical Olympiad (USAMO), one of the nation’s top high school mathematics competitions.

This article was written by a group of students in the intermediate communication arts class who went on a field trip to the Robert Morris University School of Communication and Media. The students were able to sit in classes and explore many pieces of equipment and rooms that the students at RMU use to develop their communication and media skills. The field trip was led by professors Dr. Buzzelli, Dr. Jones, and Dr. Moretti.
